Spravato is in-network with Aetna, Cigna and the VA at every clinic, and Maryland and Virginia Medicaid are accepted at the clinics in those states. We verify your benefits before you start, so you know what to expect.

Which Avesta clinic should I choose?
Choose the clinic that is easiest for you to reach. Every clinic follows the clinical protocols set by Dr. Ladan Eshkevari, and a licensed clinician is with you for every session. Use the clinic cards above to compare locations, hours and the areas each one serves.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book a free 30-minute consult without a referral. We check your insurance benefits up front, so you know what to expect before you commit to anything.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. All five clinics see patients by appointment only. Call the clinic you prefer, or use the Book a consult button and our team will find a time that works for you.
What are your hours?
All five clinics are open on weekdays from 7am to 9pm, by appointment. Bethesda and Tysons also see patients on Saturdays from 7am to 7pm. The other clinics are closed at weekends. Exact hours are on each clinic card.
Is my insurance accepted?
Spravato is in-network with Aetna, Cigna and the VA at all five clinics. Maryland Medicaid is accepted at Bethesda and Columbia, and Virginia Medicaid (Anthem HealthKeepers or Aetna Better Health) at Tysons and Norfolk. Medicare is out-of-network. Coverage varies by plan, so our team verifies your benefits before you start. See our insurance page for the full list.
Do you treat veterans?
Yes. Avesta is an authorized VA community care provider, so eligible veterans can receive VA-covered Spravato, and IV ketamine where their VA Medical Center authorizes it. Each clinic has its own veterans page with local details.
