About Deborah Tan
Deborah Tan, MBA, is co-CEO of Avesta Ketamine and Wellness, where she leads business operations alongside Dr. Ladan Eshkevari, who leads clinical care. Since 2023, Deborah has focused on making ketamine-based mental health treatment easier for patients to reach, growing Avesta to five clinics across Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia.
Her approach centers on removing the practical barriers that keep patients from treatment, including cost, scheduling, and knowing where to start, allowing the clinical team to focus on care.
Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
