Naila's Bio

Naila earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Penn State Abington, where she was also a collegiate basketball student-athlete. Her experiences in athletics, research, and working with individuals from diverse backgrounds have strengthened her passion for mental health and helping others navigate life’s challenges.

As a research assistant for a women’s health study and a volunteer assisting with the assessment of incoming college students with potential learning challenges, Naila has gained valuable experience in understanding the factors that impact academic success, well-being, and personal development. She has seen firsthand the importance of early identification, support, and access to appropriate resources in helping students thrive during the transition to college.

In addition, her volunteer experience working alongside professionals in occupational and speech therapy sparked her interest in learning about a variety of therapeutic approaches and treatments that can improve quality of life and mental health outcomes. This curiosity led her to explore innovative mental health interventions and ultimately inspired her interest in Avesta Ketamine & Wellness.

Naila is passionate about creating a supportive environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered. She hopes to pursue a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and build a career dedicated to advancing mental health care and helping others achieve their fullest potential. Outside of her work life, she deeply values spending quality time with friends and family. She’s big fan of movies and TV shows, especially when paired with good food—two of her favorite ways to unwind.
